How much is domestic shipping?

Please use our shipping calculator on the checkout page once all items are added. This calculator will give you an accurate estimate on shipping costs and transit times.

How long does domestic shipping take?

VIC, NSW, QLD, SA, ACT: 3-5 business days

TAS, WA, NT, 3-10 business days

Please note, transit times are indicative only and based on metro areas within states.

All orders are dispatched from Australia from warehouse located in Melbourne .

Returns

What do I do if my item has arrived damaged?

If the product is damaged, we would gladly replace the product for you if it is in stock, otherwise we will refund the total amount. Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have past since the purchase, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of some of our products being fragile, damage may be incurred during transit, even though all packages are packed to sustain rough handling. Please understand that is out of our control how items may be handled after we dispatch them and we apologise if you receive a damaged product. Glamirrors Pty Ltd will also cover the shipping costs associated to return any damaged items

Can I exchange an item or get a refund?

Yes. We have a 30 day exchange or refund policy if you are un-happy with the product. Please Note: This excludes our vanity mirrors and that all sales of vanity mirrors are final.

Glamirrors Pty Ltd will not bear the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or you have been sent the wrong product
Some of our products are very fragile and need to be packaged well to sustain rough handling. Glamirrors Pty Ltd will not refund or exchange any items that arrive damaged
Glamirrors Pty Ltd cannot accept any liability for lost or missing goods returned by unregistered post
Please allow up to 10 business days for the return to be assessed before a refund can be processed
